Home›Forums›Feature Wish List›Select multiple transactions or the ability to mark all as complete
It would be super helpful to be able to select all transactions and then mark them as complete or delete them. I often have 15-30 transactions per day that I would mark as complete and having to open each transaction, even with a right click, is cumbersome.

Efficient transaction management is crucial for maintaining a balanced budget and achieving financial goals. Users often struggle with managing numerous transactions daily, which can lead to frustration and inefficiencies in their budgeting process.
By streamlining the ability to select and manage multiple transactions at once, users can save time and reduce the chances of errors. For instance, a feature that allows bulk actions would enable users to mark dozens of transactions as complete in one go, enhancing their overall experience with the budgeting software.
User feedback plays a vital role in shaping the features of budgeting software. Many users, like Beth H, express their needs and frustrations regarding current functionalities, which can inform future updates and improvements.
Gathering insights from the community not only helps developers understand user pain points but also fosters a sense of collaboration. For example, implementing a suggestion box or forum where users can share their experiences and feature requests can lead to more user-centric enhancements.
When evaluating budgeting software, it's essential to consider how transaction management features compare across different platforms. Users often seek tools that offer the most intuitive and efficient ways to handle their finances.
For example, some budgeting applications provide advanced filtering options and customizable views, which allow users to quickly access the transactions they need to manage. By comparing these features, users can make informed decisions about which software best fits their financial management style.
Looking ahead, CalendarBudget has the potential to introduce several enhancements that could significantly improve user experience. Features like multi-transaction selection and advanced reporting tools are just a few ideas that could be integrated to meet user demands.
Incorporating user suggestions into the development roadmap not only increases satisfaction but also positions CalendarBudget as a responsive and innovative platform. Regular updates based on community feedback can help maintain user engagement and loyalty over time.
